Network Access Points Latin America
Internet Exchange Points (IXP) or Network Access Point are meeting points for Service Providers, Carriers, Content Providers and other companies that allows them to exchange traffic between their networks by means of mutual peering agreements.
LACNIC XIII will be in Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles from May 16 to May 21, 2010 at the World Trade Center Curaçao and will be hosted by the Bureau Telecommunications and Post (BT&P) and the Caribbean Internet Exchange (CAR-IX).

This is the call for the submission of papers to the annual meeting, NAPLA Forum VIII (NAP Latin America and Caribbean) and Regional Interconnectivity Forum, that will be held on City of Panama, Panama, from May 25 to May 29, 2009 as part of the LACNIC XII meeting.
